- To Downtown Cancun / Playa Mujeres / Puerto Juarez – 30 minutes to 40 minutes.

- To Playa Del Carmen – 50 to 60 minutes.
- To Puerto Aventuras – 1 to 1.2 hours.

We accept all payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal and all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Discover). If you prefer, we also have available the pay upon arrival for all transfers.

Yes, you can change it, please note that all modifications must be 72 hours before the transfers. However, cancellation fees may apply. Read our terms and conditions for our cancellation policies.

It's not a mandatory thing to do. If you are satisfied with the driver's service you can tip them, however, depends in each client. Drivers are heavily dependent on tips, but they know they must earn them giving you the best service possible.
